'Grave Discovery' is book 6 in the Maddie Graves Mystery series by Lily Harper Hart, and once again I read this newest release in one sitting. The entire series dependably strikes the perfect balance of paranormal elements, mystery, romance and humor. Due to the setting being a small town in Michigan, the gossip mill has become very close to another character...it's so accurate that I'm often reminded of the years I lived in small Midwest towns.Once again, Maddie, Nick, Granny (Maude), and Christy are the main characters, and adding to the fun are the peripheral characters that the author introduced to us in book #1, skillfully fleshed out in book #2, and has kept throughout the series. They add so much fun and earn much deserved, funny quips from the main characters. I'm truly impressed with the writing, especially considering that the author seems to write & publish fairly quickly.
My only complaint is that I figured out the guilty party in this installment. However, I truly wasn't sure and I doubt that many readers would be sure either, if they do figure it out.
Please keep the series coming! I'd really miss Maddie, Nick, and company were the series to end. There's plenty of life in the characters and directions to go with the townspeople as well.

Still a great book , I bought the next book to the series. This is very funny. It made me laugh.
it's just a cute book, I really enjoy the Graves series, because it doesn't have that much sex in it, I don't like her other series of books I read about 5 chapters of one of her other books and sent all of them back. But back to Maddie I love her grandma, see is something else, but I keep thinking she is elderly. but then I thought
I like a book that I really don't want to put down, even if it's time to call it a night. I read on lunch hour every day also. I didn't feel the need to keep reading this one. I could put it down and then pick it up later or the next day.
